Overview

If you lost access to your Salesflow account, or would like to change it just for security reasons, you can always reset your password. There are two ways on how to reset your password.

If you are not able to log in

  1. Go to your log in page
NOTE: if you log in using a subdomain, make sure you are in the log in page of that subdomain

  2. Once there, you will see the forgot your password button

  3. Click on it and you will be prompted to place your email address.

  4. Once the email is input, click on reset password and you will be getting a password reset email. Make sure that you check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder as it may have gone in there.

  5. Locate the email, and click Reset Password to be redirected to the reset password screen on Salesflow.

  6. Enter the new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.

If you are able to log in, and want to reset you password for safety

  1. Go to Settings and click User Settings.

  2. Once there, you will see two tabs, Profile & Email and Password. Click on Email And Password.

  3. You will see the fields to update your password. Your old password will be there already, you just need to type in the new one.

  4. Once the new password has been typed, click Save Changes. You will be sent an email with an OTP (One Time Password). Paste the OTP in Salesflow and click Save changes.

NOTE: the OTP has an expiry time of 15 minutes; if the OTP expires, you can click "Resend" and a new one will be sent.

If further assistance is needed when resetting your password, please feel free to reach out to support@salesflow.io, or via live chat.
