Overview
If you lost access to your Salesflow account, or would like to change it just for security reasons, you can always reset your password. There are two ways on how to reset your password.
If you are not able to log in
Go to your log in page
NOTE: if you log in using a subdomain, make sure you are in the log in page of that subdomainOnce there, you will see the forgot your password button
Click on it and you will be prompted to place your email address
Once the email is placed, click on reset password and you will be getting a password reset email
Locate your email, and click Reset Password to be redirected to the reset password screen
Enter the new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password
If you are able to log in, and want to reset you password for safety
Go to Settings and click User Settings
Once there, you will see two tabs, Profile & Email and Password. Click on Email And Password
You will see the fields to update your password. Your old password will be there already, you just need to type in the new password
Once the new password has been typed, click Save Changes. You will be sent an email with a OTP (One Time Password). Paste the OTP in Salesflow and click Save changes
NOTE: the OTP has an expiry time of 15 minutes; if the OTP expires, you can click "Resend" and a new one will be sent.
