How to Reset my Password?

Overview

If you lost access to your Salesflow account, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

  1. Head over to your log in page
    ​NOTE: if you you log in using a subdomain, make sure you are in the log in page of that subdomain

  2. Once there you will see the forgot your password button
    ​

  3. Click it and you will be prompted to place your email.

  4. Once the email is placed, click on reset password and you will be getting a password reset email

  5. Locate your email, and click Reset Password and you will be taken to the reset password screen
    ​

  6. Enter new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password
