Open InMails campaign is a great way to directly message someone without waiting to connect with them first, as long they they have Open Profiles

In Campaigns, choose the Open Inmails option, add your Inmail template with a subject line, select your preferred schedule, and add contacts that have open profiles using any import option available.

Keep in mind that it’s good practice to keep your Open InMails message short, direct and extend your objective such as your desire to connect with them at a later date, or your desire to introduce yourself to make your InMails message stand out
