Overview

All users signed up to Smart Warmup exchange emails with each other. Those messages are marked as important which increases the chances that emails from your Multichannel campaign don't land on the spam inbox of the recipients.

Creating a Smart Warmup account

  • Click here to go to the sign up page, and click Signup for Smart Warmup

  • Fill in all the details and click Signup

  • Your account has now been created and you will be redirected to the home screen.

Connecting your email to Smart Warmup

  • On the dashboard, click on Add Inbox

  • Click on add inbox

  • You will need to fill some details that depends entirely on your provider. Please see below for instructions on how to get SMTP details on providers

  • Here is a brief breakdown of the details you need to fill in

    • Email address: the email address you are connecting (gmail, outlook, etc)

    • Timezone: the timezone you are located in

    • SMTP username: the email you are connecting (this is the same one as in the Email Address field)

    • SMTP password: this is the app password

    • SMTP host: disclosed by the provider

    • SMTP port: disclosed by the provider

    • SMTP SSL/TLS: level of encryption. The provider indicates the level if this is: Yes, No or STARTTLS

    • IMAP username: the same as your SMTP username, which is the email you are connecting

    • IMAP password: the app password, same as SMTP password

    • IMAP host: disclosed by the provider

    • IMAP port: disclosed by the provider

    • IMAP SSL/TLS: level of encryption. The provider indicates the level if this is: Yes, No or STARTTLS.
      Example: if your provider indicates SSL or TLS level of encryption, then you select yes.

  • Click Done - Ready to sync and your email will be added to your inbox

  • Your account will be immediately activated.
