Enable 2-step Verification in the Outlook Security Settings:

Before you finish your 2-FA setup Outlook will indicate that you can now create an App Password. This will be the next step in the process.

In Settings, go to App password and "Create a new app password"

An app password will be provided. Copy the password, as you will need it further in the setup.

Go back to your Salesflow Account and create an Email Integration

A new tab will be opened, select the option "Select a different provider"

Select "See all providers"
​

Choose "Custom IMAP settings"
​

Input data in the fields:

“Email” - input your email address

“Password” - input password generated in the “App passwords” in your Outlook Account

Server information:

IMAP host : outlook.office365.com Port: 993
​

SMTP host: smtp-mail.outlook.com Port: 587
​
