SalesPlay POS System allows you to delete test data before using the system for real sales. There are two options:
Clear All Data: Deletes everything, including the master database. This option completely resets your system.
Clear Transaction Data: Deletes only sales and stock data but keeps your product database. Use this option after testing and before starting real sales.
Important: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Use this feature carefully.
Steps to Clear Data:
Log in to the POS Back-office Web Portal.
Click Settings in the main menu.
Go to the Shop section.
Click the 3-dot button next to "Action."
Select Clear Data.
Enter your password and click Continue.
Choose either Clear All Data or Clear Transaction Data.
Click Continue to confirm.
Your POS system will now clear the selected data. Be sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
