Every Salt Escape is hosted by a trusted team of professionals flown out from London. Our coaches, chefs, yoga instructors, and hosts have each worked with us on multiple retreats and have been personally trained by Salt Escapes’ founders, Mike and Amy, to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience—no matter the destination.
Greece, Ibiza & the Caribbean:
These Escapes follow our core team structure:

Chef’s assistant (depending on group size and dietary needs)
Occasionally an additional Salt Escapes host (depending on the coaching team)
You’ll also see local staff on-site, including housekeeping team and the villa managers and owners, who help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
