What should I pack?

We send a packing guide before your trip, but the essentials include:

  • Workout clothes (5-6 outfits)

  • Swimwear (2-3)

  • Comfortable walking or hiking shoes

  • Evening wear (casual - we're not fancy)

  • Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Any personal medications
