What happens after I book?
You'll receive a booking confirmation, access to the guest portal (where you can manage your booking and submit your dietary requirements and arrival info), and you'll be added to your trip's WhatsApp group chat about a month before departure.
I've booked but haven't received a confirmation?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, drop us a message with your name and email and we'll confirm your booking and resend everything you need.
