The “No Access” message can appear for both agents and prospects, but the triggers and fixes are slightly different.
[For Agents]
This usually happens if agents use the embedded web form (intended for prospects) instead of accessing it from inside SALT.
Best practice:
Log into SALT → go to Forms > Links → open the form link in a new browser tab.
Alternatively, use the “New Submission” button to start an agency-generated submission (this bypasses the filter).
[For Prospects]
A block can occur if they:
Submit multiple times from the same IP within a short time.
Use fake/invalid contact info.
Try to resubmit after seeing a spam block message.
