Step One:
Log into your Flodesk account
Head to app.flodesk.com and sign in using your usual login info.
Step Two:
Grab your template link
Inside your membership under the Digital Marketing Section, you'll find a variety of email templates. Find one you like, click on it, and then click "open link."
Step Three:
Accept the shared template
You’ll see a little message pop up that says “Sam has shared a Flodesk email template with you.”
Click Start Designing Now.
Step Four:
Watch it import
The template will open instantly inside your own account — fully editable and ready to make your own.
Now make it yours 🖤
Swap in your book covers or images
Use the Canvas templates to mix and match sections
Update any text, links, or CTAs
Adjust fonts or colors to match your author brand
Once it looks good, hit Continue → Send or Schedule to deliver it to your subscribers.
That’s it! Your new Flodesk email template is now saved in your account!
