How to Import + Use the Flodesk Opt-In Forms

Our opt-in form templates make growing your email list stupidly easy. No code. No stress. Just copy, paste, and make it cute!

Here’s how to get yours up and running👇🏻


Step One: Pick Your Opt-In Form

Head to your member dashboard under the Digital Marketing section and scroll through the opt-in form options.

Pick one that closely fits your vibe -- you can always customize it and make it your own!


Step Two: Add It to Flodesk

Okay, make sure you’re logged into Flodesk first.

Then click "open link" on your chosen opt in form.

You’ll get a pop-up that says Sam has shared a Flodesk form with you.”


Click Start Designing Now and boom it’s officially in your account!


Step Three: Customize It

Now it’s time to make it yours:

  • Update the logo and text

  • Swap out the images (use one from the membership library or your own stash)

  • Add your fonts, colors, whatever makes it you

Then, create a new segment so Flodesk knows where to put these new subscribers.


Click Settings → Choose segments → Create new, and name it something simple like “{Freebie Name} Readers”

Finally, hit Share (top right).


That’s your magic link! Add it to your site, your bio, or drop it in stories, etc.

Anyone who signs up here will automatically land in that segment and get your auto email if you have one set up. If not, head here to learn how to set up a workflow. ✨
