If you love a luxury or editorial, you’re gonna be obsessed with this one. It makes your text look like it’s pressed into the surface (like the text in the background of this TWW template below!)
Here’s how to do it:
Add your text, style it, and set the text color to the same color as your background
Select your text and click Effects
Choose the Shadow effect and apply these settings:
Offset: 20
Direction: -45
Blur: 20
Transparency: 70
Set the color to black
Duplicate the text and apply these new settings:
Offset: 20
Direction: 145
Blur: 20
Transparency: 80
Set the color to white
Send the duplicate layer behind the original layer.
Adjust the transparency to your desired look!
