Viewing messages allows you to read and respond to direct communications from management and team members within the app. Messages are grouped into threads so conversations are easy to follow, with unread messages clearly highlighted. From the Messages area, you can open a conversation, review previous messages and reply as needed to stay informed and connected. This guide explains how to view and reply to messages.

Viewing Messages
From the home screen, tap Messages at the bottom of the screen.
Here you can see direct messages from management and team members.
Messages shown in bold are unread.
Tap a message to open it.
The most recent message appears at the top, with earlier messages below.
To reply, type your message in the text box.
Tap the paper plane icon to send.
Your reply will appear as the latest message in the thread.
To view messages from management, tap the relevant message box.
Previously read messages are displayed above.
Repeat this process to read and reply to messages as needed.
