Using the team group chat allows you to communicate with all members of a team in one place. From the Teams area, you can open Team Chat to read messages, view attached documents and acknowledge any required materials. Replies, voice messages and file attachments are visible to the full team, helping keep communication clear and centralised. This guide explains how to use the team group chat.

Using the Team Group Chat
Tap Teams at the bottom of the screen.
All teams you belong to will be displayed.
Select the relevant team.
Tap the arrow to the right of Team Chat.
Read all messages carefully, including any with attached documents.
Tap the document name to open and read it.
Scroll to ensure you have reviewed the full document.
Tick the acknowledgement box to confirm you have read it.
A green confirmation indicates no further action is required.
To reply to a message, type in the text box.
Tap the paper plane icon to send.
Your message will be visible to all team members.
You can also reply using a voice memo.
To attach a file, select an attachment from your phone.
