Viewing and updating your licenses allows you to keep required certifications and documents current and visible to management. From the Account area, you can review uploaded license documents, check expiry dates and update images or dates when a license is renewed. Keeping licenses up to date helps ensure ongoing compliance with role and workplace requirements. This guide explains how to view and update your licenses.

Viewing and Updating Your Licenses
From the home screen, tap Account in the bottom right.
Select the arrow to the right of Licenses.
A list of licenses relevant to your role is displayed.
Tap the name of a license to view the document.
The uploaded license image is visible to management.
The expiry date shown below the document indicates when the license expires.
It is your responsibility to keep required licenses current.
To update the license image, tap Update.
Choose a new document image from your files.
Tap the arrow next to the existing expiry date.
Select the new expiry date.
Tap OK at the bottom right.
The updated license and expiry date are automatically saved and visible to management.
