F.A.Qs [Frequently Asked Questions]

  1. Why hasn’t my application been approved yet?

    1. Ensure you’ve completed all items from the pre-application checklist above for the fastest approval. Merchants selling high-risk products have additional requirements and undergo additional scrutiny by the underwriting bank.

  2. Why can’t I sell 7-Hydroxy, NO2 (Whip-Its, Cream Chargers, etc), Sexual Enhancement products, etc?

    1. Certain products are prohibited by banks with no exceptions. See here for more details.

  3. What if I operate multiple store locations?

    1. Each store location requires its own application for KYC (Know Your Customer). After signing up store #1, you can add additional stores using this quick guide.

    2. As store owner you can use 1 set of login credentials to see all of your stores in 1 location.

  4. Why can’t I accept AMEX payments?

    1. It’s more risk for the bank since AMEX sides with all their customers for any chargeback.
