These fees apply to orders placed through your Saucey-powered website and include:
Delivery fees
Customer delivery tips
Compliance fees of $2 per order
Why Is a Card on File Required?
Saucey must have a valid credit card on file to collect application fees associated with customer orders.
This allows Saucey to:
Collect delivery fees charged to customers
Pass through delivery tips to drivers
Collect the required $2 per-order compliance fee
These fees are processed outside of your payment processor, which means they cannot be deducted from your payment payouts.
Which Payment Providers Does This Apply To?
A credit card on file is required if you are using:
Green Payment Solutions
Frame
Your payment account cannot be connected or activated with these providers unless a valid card is on file with Saucey.
When Are These Fees Charged?
Application fees are charged:
Per store, per day, not per individual transaction
2β3 business days after orders are placed
After orders are completed
Automatically to the card on file
Charges may appear as multiple line items, depending on the orders processed that day, such as delivery fees, delivery tips, and compliance fees.
Are These Fees Refunded if an Order Is Refunded?
Delivery fees, tips, and compliance fees are generally non-refundable
If an order is refunded, application fees may still apply depending on whether the order was fulfilled
If you believe a fee was charged in error, our support team can review the order with you.
