What is a driver no-show?
A driver no-show occurs when a delivery order has been accepted and dispatched, but the driver does not arrive at your store to pick up the order within a reasonable time window. This is different from a failed delivery โ in this case, the order never left your store.
What should I do if a driver hasn't arrived?
If a driver has been assigned but hasn't shown up, follow these steps:
Check the order status in your Merchant Dashboard to confirm a driver has been assigned and see their estimated arrival time.
Wait an additional 5โ10 minutes beyond the estimated pickup time before taking action.
If the driver still hasn't arrived, contact SauceyDirect support via the dashboard chat or support line and provide the order number.
Do not release the order to any unverified driver. Only hand off the order after confirming identity by order number or order contents.
