To update your mailing address, email address, and/or phone number within Envie, follow the steps below, follow these steps:
Open the Envie app.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Profile.
Select the information you would like to update.
Fill in your new details.
Tap Continue.
Enter your verification code, if applicable, to confirm.
Note: If you are updating your phone number or email address, we will send a code to verify this change before the update is accepted.
You will also be notified of any account changes as they happen to ensure your security and confirm the changes.
If you're ever alerted to a change that you did not make with your account, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
