Download Envie
Envie is currently only available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, so in order to use it, you will need to download it from either the App Store or the Google Play Store.
What you'll need
We take your security very seriously here at Team Envie, so to create an account, you'll need:
A valid driver's license or state ID
A valid checking or savings account
You must also be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an Envie account.
Setting up your account
Creating your Envie account can be summed up in these four basic steps. A more detailed guide can be found below!
Create your profile by adding your name, contact information, and password.
Verify your contact info.
Review/accept your agreements. (Here's a copy!)
Scan your driver's license or state ID.
Link your bank account.
1.) Create your profile
Once you've downloaded Envie, navigate through the carousel to the end and tap the Get Started button.
On the login screen, tap Sign Up.
Enter your name, email, phone number, and the password you would like to use on the 'Create a Profile' screen.
Your username to log in to Envie will be this email address, so make sure it's one you keep track of regularly. 🙂
2.) Verify your contact info
We'll text and email you a code to verify your contact information:

3.) Review & accept your agreements
Check the boxes to accept the agreements. Once they've both been checked/accepted, tap Continue to move on to the next step.
You can find a copy of the agreements here on our website, as well as in the app.
4.) Scan your ID
Tap Scan ID Instantly to get started.
Tap OK to give Envie access to your camera so it can see your ID's barcode.
Your ID's barcode should automatically scan, but if it doesn't, please check our Scanning Tips.
Verify that your information is correct and tap Continue.
If your current address is different from the address on your ID, please update it after scanning and then tap Continue.
5.) Link your bank account
There are two ways to connect your bank account to Envie: instantly via Plaid or manually via micro-deposits.
The reason you must link your bank account is because Envie works by you saving a small amount of your own money each time you play.
Your linked account is also where Envie will deposit your savings when you're done!
Link your bank instantly
Tap Link with Plaid to begin Plaid's secure login process.
Tap Continue once you've reviewed Plaid's info.
Select your bank from the list.
If you do not see your bank on the initial list, type the name of your bank in the Search bar towards the top.
If your bank does not come up from the Search bar, you will likely need to link your account manually.
Log in with your regular online banking credentials.
You will likely receive a verification code depending on the security settings you've set up with your bank.
Confirm the link between your bank account and Envie.
Link your bank manually
Tap Link Manually with Micro-Deposits beneath the Link with Plaid button.
Enter your account information for the checking or savings account you'd like to connect.
Account Number
Routing Number
Account Type
Account Nickname
Tap Start Linking.
In 1-3 business days, Envie will send you two small deposits. Once you have them return to Envie to finish linking your account.
Enter the amounts of those two deposits.
Tap Continue.
