Customising the Booking Form Appearance
Make your online booking form match your brand identity by adjusting its visual elements under Settings â Online Booking â General.
Visual Branding
Background Image: Choose a custom background image or a solid colour to be displayed behind the booking form.
Business Logo: Upload your official logo to build trust with customers during the booking process.
Colour Theme: Select a primary colour for buttons and highlights.
Accessibility Tip: The system includes a Contrast Checker to ensure your selected colours are readable for all users.
Business Name: Ensure your correct trade name is displayed at the top of the form.
Direct Links
At the bottom of the General tab, you can find and copy your Booking Form Link for social media or your Customer Portal Link for existing clients.
