Our third-tier plan includes a utility bill. We are able to provide this because this plan comes with a home address, in which you become a member of the household. The utility company bills our RV & MH park in bulk, then we bill the individual members of the household pro-rata. Our middle- and basic-tier plans include a residency letter from our RV & MH park (but not a utility bill).
