What proof of address documentation you provide?

We provide a "Letter to the Tax Collector" that informs the office that you have permission to use your SavvyNomad address on your state documentation. You can use this in lieu of a lease, mortgage, or deed when getting your driver's license. This document is guaranteed to be valid in Sumter county.

We provide a general purpose residency letter from our RV & MH resort. This letter comes directly from our park and does not feature any SavvyNomad branding or references. It is often useful in demonstrating residency for things like opening a US bank account.

Document included in:

An electricity bill is issued directly to you from our park, Sunshine Village. The amount is assigned pro-rata based off the number of users who are members of the household, sharing your home address. You are not billed extra for the amount on your utility bill; instead, the cost is "baked in" to the monthly price of your subscription. The utility bill is updated monthly.

With our Domicile Premium plan, you have the option to add a fully legitimate lease for an additional fee. This lease can serve as proof of a U.S. residential address — useful for opening bank accounts, applying for credit cards, filing taxes, and more. It is a legally valid lease that grants you the right to reside on the property (exercising that right is subject to additional conditions, such as advance notice and a security deposit). The standard lease term is 32 days and can be renewed month-to-month for the same fee (billed like rent). A background and credit check are required to activate the lease, and availability may be limited due to a waitlist.

Document included in:

This is a county-specific legal document that formally declares your intent to make Florida your permanent legal residence. You’ll have the option to complete the form through our guided process, using our online notaries, and subsequently we will handle the filing with the Clerk of Court on your behalf, including payment of all state-required filing fees. Once filed, this document can serve as additional support for establishing Florida residency for legal, financial, or tax purposes.
