Completing this form is just about mail (not residency), and USPS requires you to link yourself to a permanent address. If you do not have any of the following documents, see the end of this article for suggestions.

For SSN Holders (US Citizens)

Acceptable Address ID/documents are:

  • Driver’s License (if not used as primary ID)

  • Voter registration Card (the word “VOTER” must be indicated on the card)

  • Vehicle Registration Card

  • Vehicle Insurance Policy (must have the policy number and the current policy period)

  • Home Insurance Policy

  • Lease

  • Mortgage

  • Deed of Trust

Attention: Social Security cards, bank statements, utility bills, credit cards, and birth certificates are unacceptable as forms of identification.

For Non-SSN Holders (Non-US/International Customers)

Acceptable Address ID/documents are:

  • Lease

  • Mortgage

  • Deed of trust

  • Voter Registration Card (the word “VOTER” must be indicated on the card)

  • Vehicle Registration Card

  • Home Insurance Policy

  • Vehicle Insurance Policy (must have the policy number and the current policy period)

Attention: Foreign driver’s licenses, national ID cards, foreign university ID cards, etc., are unacceptable as forms of identification.

If you cannot provide the necessary documents, don't worry; we are here to help! We offer two options:

1. Use a lease generator to sign using the address of a family member or friend.
2. Use our service to get your FL driver's license, then go back to complete this step.

However, until your USPS Form 1583 is completed, we cannot accept any mail items on your behalf.
