We can accept the mail item as long as:
1. You provide official court-issued documentation (Letters Testamentary, Letters of Administration, or comparable trustee certification) showing legal authority over the estate or trust; and
2. The name on the mail is consistent with the authorized capacity (for example: “Estate of [Name],” “[Name], Executor,” or “[Name], Trustee of [Trust]”).
