I received an error with my 1583 document. How do I upload a fixed version of my 1583, address ID, photo ID, or terms of service and POA documents?

If you received an error with your 1583 document, you can fix the issue by:

  1. Log into the customer portal.

  2. You should see an error warning that looks like the image below. Click the button that says "Upload Fixed Documents."

  3. Upload the fixed document. You do not need to upload a document that did not contain an error. For example, if only your 1583, Terms of Service, or POA had an issue, you do not need to upload your photo ID or address ID.

  4. Once the document has been uploaded, it will return to the queue and our staff will review it in the coming hours or days. You can typically expect a 24-48 hour processing time on (not including weekends or holidays).
