The Domicile Premium plan includes a utility bill, home address, and has the option for an additional add-on lease. We can only provide these in Florida, because the homes used for these documents are owned by SavvyResidences (a sister company of SavvyNomad) in Florida.
We don't own homes in Texas, so we aren't able to issue leases, utility bills, or home addresses there. If you establish your domicile in Texas, your residential address is our home-base RV park in Rockport, Texas, rather than a private home address.
So if a lease, utility bill, or home address is important for your situation, Florida is currently the only state where the Domicile Premium plan is offered.
