What are the reference numbers I see in my portal, like "R21" or "R17"?

Your portal shows a few internal identifiers alongside your address — things like a home label (for example R17 or R21). These are how we track your account and your place in our records. They are not part of your address. Do not put them on your driver's license application, your bank records, or anything you ask someone to mail you.

What to use instead

Use the address exactly as it appears in the Address tab of your portal: https://app.savvynomad.io/home?tab=Address

Copy it as shown. If a line is not there, it is not part of your address.

What about my lot number?

That depends on your plan, and the two are easy to confuse:

  • Basic Domicile and SavvyNomad — your residential address genuinely does include a lot number, and it is shown as part of the address in the Address tab.

  • Domicile Premium — your residential address is a home with no lot or unit number at all. Any lot-style label you see is internal only.

If you are unsure which applies to you, the Address tab is the answer: it shows the complete address to use, and nothing else belongs in it.
