Go to Cog Settings > Payments > Payment Plans.

Click "Add New" to set up a new plan.

Fill in all required fields and choose whether you want the plan to be Immediate (one-time) or Recurring (monthly/annually).

For recurring Plans, you can add 'Sessions'. This allows you to connect 'x' appointments during the month or year before it renews again after the next payment

Add customers to the plan using the search bar on the right, then click "Create Plan".

A payment link will be sent to those customers to enter their card details. Once they’ve paid, the plan becomes Active.
