Moving a Savvy Pay Transaction

To move a SavvyPay transaction to a different appointment, please make a note of all the details.

  • Date/ Time

  • Amount

  • Payment Reference

  • Payment Method

  • Description if entered

Add the new transaction into the correct appointment in the payment tab > add payment (to be able to enter all matching details)

This will mean you now have 2 records of this transaction, which can be viewed in the top right person icon> my earnings (to ensure the new details have been added successfully linked to SavvyPay. (You will be able to see both transactions and have the ability to refund both)

To remove the duplicate record, go to the appointment with the incorrect payment recorded> payments > payments and click to delete the transaction record in here.
