Refunding a Savvy Pay transaction

To issue a refund

  1. Navigate to the person icon in the top right, then select My Earnings.

  2. Use the search bar to find the customer in the payment section.

  3. Apply the filter.

  4. Once the customer appears, you'll see the refund option on the right-hand side of the screen, next to their name.

Refunds processed through Savvy typically take up to 24 hours to appear in the customer’s account. However, the timing may vary depending on the bank’s processing times.
