Online Booing Savy Pet Spa

You don't have to use online booking to use Savvy. Online booking comes in our Extra plan or above and you don't have to use it, you can still book clients in manually.

Savvy’s online booking is amazing though! You can have it set as a 'request' to book to maintain full control of your diary.

If you decide to try it, you can have it totally bespoke to how you like to work - so only offering slots you can do at times you want appointments scheduled.

Online Booking Set Up

Here’s how you can configure your online booking and share it with your customers:

  1. Go to Cog Settings

  2. Navigate to "Online Booking"

  3. Click on "Online Booking Setup" to configure your settings

Sharing your online booking link with customers

If you’d like to share your online booking link with customers, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Cog icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select Online Booking from the menu.

  3. Click on Online Booking Setup.

  4. You’ll find your Booking Link here. Click to open it in a new page.

  5. Copy the website address (URL) from the browser’s address bar.

Here’s how you can integrate Savvy Online Booking by adding a direct link to your website.

  1. Go to Online Booking Settings in Savvy.

  2. Click the cog icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Booking Link" and copy the full website address/URL that opens.

  4. Provide this link to your website creator or add it to your website as a button or hyperlink.

The reschedule template is located in Online Booking Setup.

The way it works is that when you suggest and create a new time and appointment, the customer has the option to agree to it—no further action is needed from you. If they don’t agree, they can message back, and you can either cancel and remake the appointment or move the suggested appointment in the diary window since it hasn't been fully confirmed yet.

Now that you have your link, you can share it in different ways:

  • Send in a Message Template

  • Include in Appointment Messages

Once set up, you can easily send the booking link to customers via email, SMS, or any preferred communication channel.
