V2 Sending confirmation messages

You are in control of all your messaging in Savvy, so you can set a personalised confirmation message to go when you click on confirm. This can be set up under the settings cog > messaging > appointment messages.

If you use online booking you can set up a confirmation message to automatically go out once an appointment is booked and/or approved.
