Confirmation messages

You are in control of all your messaging in Savvy, so you can set a personalised confirmation message to go when you click on confirm.

This can be set up

  • under the settings cog

  • messaging icon

  • appointment messages drop-down

If you use online booking. You can set up a confirmation message to automatically go out once an appointment is booked and/or approved in the online booking settings.
