Moving to Savvy from a different software
It is super easy to move from another software to Savvy. Our expert team will be able to advise you and have lots of experience with what you need from other providers.
Generally, if you can get a download of customer and pet data, then that information can be uploaded quickly. For simple upload, expect around 3-7 days for your data to appear; for complex data handling, you may wait longer for the data to appear.
We have 2 options for importing/ uploading your data.
We can send you our template for you to add the data into (Can be quicker for complex data)
You can send us your data via WeTransfer, and we will then manually move the data into your upload template.
Once your data is compiled into our upload template, we will ask you to check it is all as expected (no changes can be made once it is uploaded)
We will then test the date to ensure it will upload as expected and when complete, upload your data!
This stage is the fastest, once we begin to upload your data into your account, it will all be fully visible within a matter of minutes.
Please note that we only support importing the following details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Telephone, Mobile, Work Phone, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, Zip Code, Country, Note, and Pet Name.
