Recheduling appointments

There are a couple of ways to do this

Drag and Drop

With drag and drop enabled in calendar settings

  • Click and hold to move the appointment

  • Drag it to the new time in the week

  • When you release, Savvy will pop up a window to confirm this is correct

You can then send a new confirmation message to the client with the new date and time.

Cancel and remake

To keep track of clients who regularly move appointments, the best practice, especially if changing the week of the booking, is to cancel the booking and enter the client's reason (enable if no pop-up appears in the calendar settings under the top right cog).

You can track cancellation reasons in the customer's profile, click to view cancelled appointments, and the reasons will all be listed.
