We’re reaching out with important news about upcoming changes to our event platform.SceneThink was acquired by CitySpark in 2023, and we've spent the past 18+ months integrating our teams and systems. In order to now focus all of our resources and effort into moving our platform forward in the AI era, as well as ensure that all clients are able to benefit from the coming new features and functionality, we will be unifying all of our clients on a single platform. The SceneThink Calendar is officially deprecated and will be available through the end of 2025. No further development will take place on the old system.

TimelineWe would like to migrate you as soon as possible - we can complete our set up process within a week. We encourage you to start today. (Carpe diem!) We understand every organization has different projects and priorities, but we can go as fast as you would like.
We have already started migrating Scenethink content and events to the CitySpark calendar. We will coordinate with you and your team for your organization’s specific timeline, but we encourage you to migrate as soon as possible, ideally before the end of the summer to take advantage of increased revenue opportunities in the fall.
