In this article, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to effectively upload sponsorship ads, group sponsors, interstitial ads, category display ads, profile cards, and custom ad links.

Before you get started:
Log into your Best of platform
Navigate to the ballot you want to upload ads to
On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and click on the "Advertising" button. This will take you to the advertising settings for the selected ballot.
Uploading Sponsorship Ads
Click on "New Sponsorship Ad."
Fill out the required information, including ad name, representative, and upload the sponsorship ad (usually the sponsor's logo).
Add the destination link and select the sponsorship tier (e.g., tier one for presenting sponsors).
Input any sponsorship text and assign a value if necessary.
Save the ad configuration.
Uploading Group Sponsors
Navigate to the relevant group (e.g. "Shops and Wares").
Click the button "+ New Group Sponsor"
When the form loads, provide details such as name, advertiser name, and value.
Upload desktop and mobile sponsorship ads.
Desktop: 728x90
Mobile: 300x50
Save the configuration.
Interstitial Ads
Navigate to "Group Ads"
Navigate to the group in question (e.g. "Shops and Wares")
Click on "New Interstitial Ad"
Complete the form with necessary details, such as ad name, advertiser name, and value.
Upload desktop and mobile versions of the interstitial ad.
Desktop: 970x250
Mobile: 300x600
Save the configuration.
Category Ads
Navigate to "Category Ads" and click "New Category Ad"
When the menu pops up with more information, select "Display Ad."
Choose the relevant category (e.g., "Shops and Wares").
Fill out advertiser information, value, and website link.
Upload desktop and mobile versions of the category ad.
Desktop: 300x600
Mobile: 300x250
Save the configuration.
Optionally, duplicate the ad for additional categories using the three dots menu.
Creating Profile Cards
Choose "Profile Card" and provide necessary details such as name, advertiser, and category.
Fill out additional information including logo, featured image, business summary, contact details, and website links.
Company Bio
Logo image: 225px by 225px (logo image)
Featured Image: 600px by 500px
When including social media links, use the full URL, not just the handle.
Save the profile card configuration.
Generating Custom Ad Links
Access "Other Ads" and select "New Ad."
Create a custom voting link, providing relevant advertiser details and introductory text.
Filter categories as needed and generate the link.
Save the custom ad configuration.
Reviewing Ads on the Ballot
Once all ads are uploaded, navigate to the ballot to review how they appear.
Ensure ads are displaying correctly on both desktop and mobile views.
