Your diffuser releases scent at the times in your schedule. Outside those times, it stays quiet. The schedule is stored on the diffuser itself, so it follows it even when the app is closed or your phone isn't nearby. You only need a connection to change something.
Where do you set it up?
While adding your diffuser, at the Schedule step, or later: open your diffuser on the overview and tap the Schedule section. You'll see two options:
Schedules: choose a ready-made schedule.
Custom times: build your own time blocks.
Choosing is saving. There's no separate save button: as soon as you tap a schedule, it's on your diffuser and it switches on. The day bars show you straight away when it runs.

A schedule only determines when. How strongly it sprays is chosen under Intensity.
Custom times
Tap Add block, choose the days and the start and end time, and tap Save.
The same times on multiple days count as one block. Edit a block to add days to it.
You can set up a maximum of four blocks. Delete one to make room.
A block may run through the night, for example 22:00 to 02:00 the next morning.
If two blocks overlap, the app will tell you and you can adjust it.
Want to remove a block? Tap it and choose Yes, delete. The diffuser will then no longer do anything at those times.
An end time of 24:00 means until the end of the day. On the diffuser itself, this shows as 23:59.
On/off and your schedule
The round on/off button on the overview and on the diffuser page pauses or resumes your schedule. If it's set to Off, it won't switch on at the times in your schedule. If you set it to On, it follows the schedule again. Below the day bar you can read what's happening right now, for example "Your diffuser is running now, until 22:00" or "It's off. The schedule starts again tomorrow at 07:00".
There's already a schedule on it
If you add a diffuser that already has a schedule on it (for example, from the old app), the app will ask what you'd like to do: Restore (keep the schedule), Build on it (keep it and adjust) or Start over (the old schedule is cleared from the diffuser).
Smart Aroma Diffuser Pro: the button on the device
The Pro has a timer button with 1H, 2H, 4H, 8H and Smart. If the button is set to 1H, 2H or 8H, it runs for that time and the app shows "Running via button · until …". Set the button to Smart, and it follows the schedule from the app.
