Available from app version 2.0.7. That update arrives within a few days via the App Store and Google Play. Your version is shown in the app under Settings › About the app.

Where do you find it?

  • Tab Account › gear icon › Help › Report a problem. The app asks which diffuser it's about.

  • Or on your diffuser's page › gear icon › Report a problem. That diffuser is then already selected.

How it works

  1. Choose what most closely matches: It sprays outside my schedule, It doesn't spray, I can't find or pair my diffuser, The connection keeps dropping, The app shows something wrong or Something else.

  2. Under This often helps, a few things to try yourself are shown first.

  3. Not solved? You can add an explanation, and your email address if you'd like a reply. If you're logged in, we'll reply to your account's email address.

  4. Tap Send report.

Your report goes to the team that builds the app. If we have a solution or a question, we'll email you. If you're briefly offline, the app saves the report and sends it as soon as you're back online.

What do we send along?

The model and firmware of your diffuser, your app version, your phone type and the diffuser's log. No passwords and no location.

Questions about an order?

Those don't belong in Report a problem. Use chat, WhatsApp or email for that instead; see How to reach us.

Copy diagnostics

In the same places, you'll find Copy diagnostics. After tapping it, Copied is shown for two seconds and a technical overview is placed on your clipboard (app version, phone, paired diffusers). Paste it into your message to customer service via chat or WhatsApp. It contains no passwords and no email address.
