Logging in
On the Account tab, you log in with the same account as on getscentech.com. You'll get a code by email; there's no password. After that, you'll stay logged in on this phone. Logging in isn't necessary to control your diffuser.
Once logged in, you'll see:
Your parcel is on its way with a Track your parcel button, as soon as an order has shipped.
Your scents with a + Reorder button per scent.
Orders with the status Processing, On its way, Delivered or Cancelled.
You reorder in the Shop tab: scents, diffusers and the bundle with a free diffuser. Checkout goes through the regular getscentech.com checkout.
App settings
Tap the gear icon at the top right of the Account tab.
Devices: your paired diffusers. Tap a diffuser for its own settings.
Language: Nederlands, English or Deutsch. This choice only applies to the app.
Notifications: an alert when your scent is almost finished and when your order is on its way. With Offers too, you'll also get new scents and promotions. If you've declined notifications on your phone, the app will point you to your phone's settings.
About the app: the version and build number. Mention these when you contact us.
Help: Need help? Message us opens WhatsApp with our support team. Report a problem sends a report to the team that builds the app. Copy diagnostics puts a technical overview on your clipboard, which you paste into a message to us.
Erase data on this phone
Under Privacy. This erases the paired diffusers, scents and schedule choices from your phone and logs you out. Your account keeps existing and your diffusers keep running as normal. You'll then start again at Welcome.
Delete account
Also under Privacy, only if you're logged in. Your app data is removed immediately. Your customer account on getscentech.com is deleted within about 10 days; you won't be able to log in on the website after that. Orders are kept without your personal data, as this is legally required. This can't be undone. Tap the button twice to confirm.
Log out
At the bottom of the app settings and at the bottom of the Account tab. Your diffusers stay paired.
