Bound tickets with a QR code must be scanned before you are allowed to enter a game. To use tickets with a QR code, follow the instructions below.
Note: Some schools choose to use Tap at Gate tickets/passes and not QR code tickets/passes. If you're seeing your tickets/passes, but not a QR code, those are most likely Tap at Gate.
Tap on the "Tickets" tab in the bottom menu of the app.
Tap on the ticket for the event you are entering.
Present your ticket to the gate agent so they can scan the QR code on your ticket.
If needed, tap "Expand" below the QR code to enlarge the QR code.
