Sharing Tickets - Web

Learn how to share tickets on Bound.

The Bound Platform provides users with a quick and easy way to share tickets with other Bound users. To share your tickets, follow these steps:


Sign in to Your Bound Account

First, head to gobound.com.

Sign in to your Bound Account.

Sign in using your Email Address, with Apple, or with Google.

Note: If you do not have an account, you will not be able to share or receive shared tickets.


Sharing Tickets

Once you have logged into your Bound account, you will see these icons on the top righthand side of your screen.

Click on the ticket icon. To see all tickets, click 'View All Tickets and Passes.' The ticket icon will appear only if you are signed in.

Click on the ticket you would like to share.

Next, your ticket info will appear. To share, click 'Share.'

Upon clicking 'Share,' a separate 'Share Tickets' window will appear.

In the 'Share Tickets' pop-up, click your ticket. Another tab will open where tickets can be Assigned.

Next, Assign the ticket by entering their name and email address. The recipient of this ticket must have a Bound account.

Click on the green 'Assign Ticket' button. Review the ticket details and the recipient's information.

Your ticket is now assigned. Return to the previous page by clicking 'Assign,' as pictured below.

That's it! Your ticket has been shared. You will be returned to the previous window, and your ticket will be labeled as 'Claimed.'

Note: Sharing a ticket does not change who owns the ticket. To re-assign your ticket, follow the steps above.
