The process of creating your first family in the App can be achieved three different ways.
1. The first way is to click on the My Family tab at the bottom of the app screen and then click on the Family tab in the secondary tab bar that pops up.
This will bring you to a page letting you know you do not have a Family Account setup.
Click on Create Family Account and begin this process.
2. The second way to start the process of creating your first family in the App is to click on the Home tab in the bottom taskbar, then click on the green Register for Activities button at the top of the screen.
3. The third way to start the process of creating your first family in the App is to click on the My Family tab at the bottom of the screen and then click on Registrations in the secondary tab bar that pops up.
These 2 paths will take you to "Get Started with Registration" page where it will guide you through the steps to create your Family.
Click on the blue Get Started button to begin.
All three methods of creating your first family in the App will take you to the Creating your Family page.
Fill out the provided fields and click Create Family when finished.
Next select the State in which your Family is located.
Next choose a School or Club you want your family to be connected to.
You are able to add additional Schools/Organizations to your children once your family is created.
After choosing your School, your Family is now created and the app will direct you to your Family Dashboard.
From the Family Dashboard you can Add Guardians, Add Children, and begin to Register for Activities.
Creating your first family in the app, only needs to be completed once. If you have a family that was created on a browser if you log in with the same email address to the app family should automatically be there.
