How to assign my ticket/pass to someone else
Locate your tickets either in your Bound Account or in your Email
NOTE: If you are having trouble locating the ticket/pass click here.
If locating tickets in your email, click the View Tickets button. If locating tickets in your Bound account, click on the ticket(s) button on the event/pass.
Note: You must be logged into your Bound account on the web or mobile app to assign passes to someone else.
Email view:
Bound App/Web Login View:
Click/Tap on the Assign button.
Enter the name and email address of the person you want to assign the ticket to and hit assign.
If the email address you assign the ticket to matches with an existing Bound Account email address, the tickets will automatically show up in their Bound account. If there is no Bound account with that email address, then the tickets can be located in the message sent to that email address.
