What does this change in ScorebuddyCX?
Specify words unique to your industry and found within your customer interactions to improve the accuracy of your transcriptions.
Examples may include company names, product names and industry terms that - due to their uniqueness - transcription can struggle with. Adding these as "keywords" has a large positive effect on the accuracy of your transcriptions.
Do I need to do anything?
If you would like to add transcription keywords to any of your existing AI Transcription Agents, just go to the Admin > AI Assistants page.
