A quick‑reference guide to every report available across Staff, Supervisor, Evaluation, Scorecard, Teams, and Groups reporting. Use this to understand what each report shows and when to use it.


1. Staff Reports

1.1 Overall Staff Trend

Shows overall scores by agent over time (week, month, year).

1.2 Questions by Staff

Displays each agent’s score per question.

1.3 Answers by Staff

Breakdown of answers selected for each agent and how often they were scored.

1.4 Overall Trend by Individual

Performance trend for a single agent, including number of scores and overall score.

1.5 Section Trend by Individual

Shows section‑level performance trends for an individual.

1.6 Question Trend by Individual

Shows question‑level performance trends for an individual.

1.7 Section by Result

Section scores broken down by result.

1.8 Section by Event Type

Section scores broken down by event type.

1.9 Kudos by Staff

Number of kudos received by each staff member over time.

1.10 Causes by Staff

Breakdown of causes by question and staff member. Includes views:

  • Causes vs Total Results

  • Causes vs Total Causes

1.11 Result Acceptance by Agent

Shows how agents interact with their results (Viewed, Accepted, Request 1:1, Reviewed, No Action).


2. Supervisor Reports

2.1 Supervisor by Section

Overall score by supervisor and scorecard section.

2.2 Points of Failure by Supervisor

Shows Fail All and Fail Section counts vs number of staff and scores completed.

2.3 Supervisor by Question

Question‑level scores broken down by supervisor.

2.4 Result Acceptance by Supervisor

Shows supervisor engagement with results (Viewed, Accepted, Request 1:1, Reviewed, No Action).


3. Evaluation Reports

3.1 Scoring Patterns

Breakdown of evaluator scoring patterns, including scores above/below target.

3.2 Evaluations per Period

Number of evaluations completed per evaluator over time.

3.3 Evaluations per Scorecard

Number of evaluations completed per scorecard.
