ScorebuddyCX BI Structure and Terminology

A quick overview of how ScorebuddyCX BI is structured and how each component fits together.

Written by Jane Lydon

To navigate ScorebuddyCX BI effectively, it helps to first understand its structure. ScorebuddyCX BI is made up of four components: visualisations, pages, chapters, and dossiers— ordered here from smallest to largest.

Visualisations

The smallest component in the structure. A visualisation is a single graph, data table, KPI indicator, chart, or similar element.

Pages

Pages are where visualisations are added. A page can contain one or more visualisations.

Chapters

Chapters group multiple pages together and are used to segment dossiers. The chapters available within a dossier appear along the top of the view.

In the default ScorebuddyCX BI dossier, chapters are split by date logic.

Dossiers

Dossiers sit above chapters in the structure and can contain one or multiple chapters.

To view all dossiers and switch between them, click on the dropdown menu under Standard Reports or click the library button (cog icon) within ScorebuddyCX BI.
