This guide explains how you can connect your Intercom Knowledge Base to ScorebuddyCX's AI Knowledge feature, to provide AI Autoscoring with always to date knowledge.
To integrate your Intercom Knowledge Base, go to the view integrations area used for adding all integrations in ScorebuddyCX.
Click the Add an integration tile and search for the Intercom KB tile
2. Click the +Add Integration button on this tile
3. You will then be prompted authorise ScorebuddyCX to access your Intercom account
4. Once you start the Authorization flow, select the workspace that contains the help centre you want to connect and click Authorize
You will now have connected your Intercom Knowledge Base Integration to ScorebuddyCX.
