How to manage AI Knowledge Articles
You can find the AI Knowledge tab in Admin > AI Knowledge.
Admins use this tab to manage the content available to AI Autoscoring. The tab supports two main types of content:
Manually uploaded documents directly added to Scorebuddy
Knowledge Base articles synced from connected Knowledge Bases
Once documents or articles are loaded, they become part of the knowledge set used to improve answer quality and scoring accuracy.
Use the AI Knowledge tab when you want to:
See everything currently loaded for AI use
Add or remove documents (manually or from an integration)
Understand the tabs in AI Knowledge
AI Knowledge includes a central Articles Loaded view for all currently loaded content, plus tabs for connected knowledge sources.
Manage loaded documents
The Articles Loaded tab is your main control point for content already in use. This tab shows all content currently loaded into the AI knowledge set, regardless of source.
Manually uploaded documents appear here
Articles loaded from Knowledge Bases also appear here
Each item includes useful metadata such as its source and when it was added
Use this tab when you want to understand what the AI can currently reference during AI Autoscoring or if you want to remove or manually load articles.
Typical information shown includes:
File name or article title
Date added
Source - such as Manual Upload or the connected Knowledge Base
Sync mode - which indicates if the item is synced or manually loaded
Load articles you want to use
To include content from a connected Knowledge Base:
Open the relevant Knowledge Base tab
Search or browse to the articles you want to load
Select one or more articles
Choose the load action
When an article is loaded:
It is loaded into Scorebuddy
It appears in the Articles Loaded tab
It becomes available for AI Autoscoring
Note: It can take up to 5 minutes for the sync to happen before the document is loaded to Scorebuddy
Exclude articles you do not want to use
If an article should not be used in AI Autoscoring, you can remove or exclude it.
This is useful when:
An article is no longer relevant
You want tighter control over which content informs AI outputs
You want to reduce noise in the knowledge set
Excluded articles remain visible in the Knowledge Base source list but are removed from the Articles Loaded tab.
Open the relevant Knowledge Base tab
Search or browse to the articles you want remove
Select one or more articles
Choose the Remove from Articles loaded action
This sets the status to Excluded and removes it from the Articles loaded tab
Add documents manually
If you want to include content that does not live in your Knowledge base, you can upload it directly.
Open the Articles Loaded tab
Select the upload option
Choose the file you want to add
Wait for processing to complete
After upload, the document is added to the loaded list and becomes available to the AI once processing finishes.
